Shipping Policy
We ship Domestic (Israel) and Internationally.
Domestic shipping are 5-7 days, and we use the Israeli Post Office.
We ship through a registered shipping method so each package is insured and has a tracking number.
The shipping quotes are as follow,
1-2 Covers, 8$
3-4 Covers, 15$
5 Covers, shipping is free.
International shipping are rated 5-10 days, depends on your package size, weight and distance. (USA for example is rated as a very fast delivery country).
We ship through Ecopost for up to 6 covers and EMS for 7 covers and above (3-5 days delivery).
The shipping quotes are as follow,
1-2 Covers, 15$
3-4 Covers, 30$
5-6 Covers, 40$
All shipping have a tracking number and are insured.
Canopy Cover is relying on the Post Office information and personal experience when it comes to the shipping arrival time that can vary with different countries.
Return & Exchange Policy
We use a very strict QC during our custom sewing process especially, when these Canopy Covers are being sewed to customer order. We do not hold a back stock.
But, we understand that sometimes we might have a cover that is not up to the customer's satisfaction therefore, we will use the PayPal return and refund process.
If for any reason you have an issue with one of our covers please contact us first.
These Canopy Cover comes with 1 year warranty for the threads, hook & loops and rubber bands.
As for the Inner and outer layer fabrics, Canopy Cover will replace or refund only if they have a factory or industrial defects, we will not replace or refund a wear & tear cover.
